The following terms and conditions apply to all showroom and online purchases from Trophy Showroom Ltd
It is advised to read them and print off a copy for future reference, the terms & conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Trophy Showroom Ltd also reserve the right to amend or change any or all of the terms and conditions at any time.
Trophy Showroom does its upmost to make sure the description af all products offered for sale in our showroom and on our online store are as accurate as possible, although the measurements/colours given to us by manufacturers may from time to time differ from ones listed.
If accurate measurements are required, we can supply this information upon request.
All products supplied by Trophy Showroom Ltd are excluding delivery charges, although we can offer very reasonable delivery costs.
Bulk orders will be despatched via our nominated parcel carrier, standard delivery service.(Glass items are not covered by insurance)
Smaller orders will be sent via our nominated carrier.
Trophy Showroom will not accept any claims for delays in deliveries with the chosen carriers.
Our standard delivery charge is £5.95 (UK postcodes only)
Please note that deliveries to highlands,Isles & Northern Ireland will be sent via economy courier non a 3-5 day service,if an order is required urgently,please contact us for express delivery options.
Any orders can be collected from our showroom in Tamworth Staffs (B78 3QD) upon request.
Trophy Showroom Ltd offer worldwide shipping of an order, prices for delivery worldwide are upon request.
Trophy Showroom Ltd aim to despatch our stock orders within 72 hours of cleared payment this gives us time for engraving and packaging.(at peak times,this may be slightly longer)
Special orders are generally despatched within 5 working days ,but if the lead time is exceeded, we will advise you by email and/or telephone.
Artwork & Engraving
Trophy Showroom Ltd accepts no responsibility for any approved artwork that is incorrect, replacement goods will be chargeable. All of the details for engraving trophy nameplates will have to be either emailed or faxed to our office. Showroom customers can fill in an engraving request form which can be signed for approval. If any engraved nameplates are incorrect after being faxed/emailed/approved by customer, replacement nameplates will be chargeable(if it is the fault of Trophy Showroom,items will be replaced Free of Charge).
When placing an order,please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your engraving requirements.
Goods supplied by Trophy Showroom Ltd can be returned for refund or replacement goods within 7 days of despatch from our warehouse.
Goods will only be accepted for refund if returned in the same condition as they left our warehouse.
Special orders, personalised gifts, engraved items & delivery costs are not refundable.
Some non stock items will be subject to a re stocking charge.
Payments and Payment Methods.
All goods purchased from Trophy Showroom Ltd can be paid for via our secure payment method via PayPal.
Please note you do NOT need a paypal account to send a payment through paypal, just a credit or debit card.
All goods must be paid for in full at time of ordering.
When taking any payments, Please note that Trophy Showroom do not store Credit or Debit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
Payments can also be made by Credit/Debit cards,Cheque,Bacs, or in Cash at our showroom in Tamworth, Staffs. No goods will be released until payment funds have cleared.
Our bank details are avaliable upon request.
All goods remain the property of Trophy Showroom Ltd until cleared payment has been received.
When ordering,please give full delivery address with postcode and a contact telephone number in case of any delays.
Incorrect details will delay the despatch of your order.
Unfortunately Trophy Showroom Ltd does not offer credit facilities at this time.
